These memberships are recommended for our active patients that want to continually maintain the health of their bodies and proactively prevent injury.
Each membership includes:
One-on-one sessions with Dr. Best
Personalized daily exercise programming
Access to a private online platform to complete daily programmed exercises (platform includes real-time messaging capability with Dr. Best during business hours)
Manual therapies [dry needling, cupping, STM, IASTM, and full access to Rapid Reboots (compression sleeves)]
CrossFit/gymnastic/golf/mobility assessments
*All memberships require a 3-month renewal commitment
**These memberships are for routine maintenance and injury prevention, not injury treatment. Should you incur an injury, we recommend scheduling a 90-minute evaluation.
1 Visit/Month (30 minutes) - $69
1 Visit/Month (60 minutes) - $135
This is for hard-working individuals that need minimal but consistent maintenance and injury prevention! (We think of this as our monthly self-care option.)
2 Visit/Month (30 minutes) - $137
2 Visit/Month (60 minutes) - $268
This is for the busy go-getter that puts more than average stress on his or her body and needs bi-weekly routine maintenance to continue performing at their best! (Think of this as regular recovery support for consistently active on-the-go adults.)

We recommend this plan for the ultimate high-achiever that wants to take care of his or her body on a regular basis. This is for people that want their exercise routine modified and elevated regularly to achieve success in and out of the gym. (*Strongly encouraged for athletes in the competitor/collegiate/professional circuit or “fire breathers”)
