Same! I’ve even experienced it! Gone into a workout feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious and walked away feeling calm, relaxed, and regulated again.
But how many of us actually understand how or why exercise reduces our stress?
Recently, I started to feel a little overwhelmed and anxious with end-of-the-year jitters. So much so, I felt paralyzed in this feeling, unable to move forward or backward. I was simply stuck in the “analysis paralysis” of all the things I need to do before the year comes to an end.
